Role Overview

We're looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager who can bring structure, ownership, and efficiency to the core of our business.

You will work closely with the founders to manage inventory, production, logistics, and vendor relationships while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own supply chain, inventory, and production planning processes
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and accurate stock tracking
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing partners for timely production and deliveries
• Manage logistics and fulfillment operations
• Build and improve SOPs and operational workflows
• Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 people
• Ensure operational excellence across all stages of the product lifecycle

• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and production operations
• Experience managing vendors and external partners
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Experience leading teams and driving accountability
• High ownership and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
