Position Title: Factory Manager

Experience- 4+ years

Ctc- ₹4–8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Working Days- 6 Days

Reporting To: Director / Operations Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The candidate should be capable of managing a workforce of 50–100 employees, ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, controlling inventory, and improving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, result-oriented, and capable of handling production, manpower, maintenance, and factory administration independently.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

• Manage daily factory operations and production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and material utilization.

• Reduce wastage and improve operational performance.

Team Management

• Supervise and manage 50–100 factory workers and supervisors.

• Plan manpower deployment and shift management.

• Maintain discipline and productivity on the factory floor.

• Train and guide staff on processes and safety standards.

Technical & Maintenance

• Resolve day-to-day production and machine-related issues.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.

• Implement and maintain SOPs for production processes.

Quality & Inventory Control

• Ensure products meet quality standards.

• Monitor raw material consumption and stock levels.

• Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams for material planning.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the factory.

Reporting

• Prepare daily and monthly production reports.

• Track production, quality, manpower, and inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production or Industrial a related field.

• Candidates with strong manufacturing experience may be considered regardless of educational background.

Experience Required

• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, production, or factory management role.

• Experience managing teams of 30–100 workers preferred.
