KELL Salon is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-branch operations, drive team performance, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.

We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience in managing large teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving performance in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches to ensure efficiency and consistency.

• Lead, manage, and coordinate large teams to drive performance and accountability.

• Monitor operational KPIs, reporting, and process improvements.

• Ensure smooth coordination between teams, branches, and management.

• Support decision-making through operational reporting and performance insights.

• Handle challenges proactively and maintain operational excellence in high-pressure environments.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of operations or management experience.

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA / Management specialization preferred).

• Strong leadership capability with experience managing large teams (150+ staff preferred).

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and digital reporting tools.

• Proven experience handling multi-branch operations and team coordination.

• Experience in salon, retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
