About The Role
We are looking for a Spa Operations Manager to oversee spa operations at our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of pet care, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency, while maintaining brand guidelines set by the company which are to be followed by Franchise Partners. This role blends pet wellness services with retail and operational management in a fast-growing, service- oriented industry.
Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do
- Spa Operations Management:
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
- Ensure consistent grooming quality across franchise locations.
- Enforce brand compliance across all operational aspects.
- Training & Development:
- Schedule training sessions for groomers.
- Monitor progress and maintain records of training completion and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to Franchise Partners on the training progress of our groomers.
- Reporting:
- Monitor daily sales targets and generate related reports.
- Provide actionable insights based on sales and operational data.
- Groomer optimum utilization and efficiency.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in reporting and analysis using Excel.
Qualifications & Skills/What You Need
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proactive, multi-tasking, committed and good communication skills.
- Business acumen and familiarity with performance metrics and reporting.
- Excel and basic computer skills is a must.
- Passion for animals and a strong commitment to their care and wellbeing.
