Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle back-end operations, documentation, compliance checks, and coordination between internal teams and external partners. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy working with data, processes, and documentation in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and verify client documentation related to investments, loans, and dematerialization of shares.
Coordinate with banks, registrars, and depository participants for processing and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records, files, and digital databases of client and transaction information.
Support the advisory and business development teams in post-closure activities and client servicing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and update MIS reports, trackers, and operational summaries for management review.
Handle correspondence and communication with clients and institutions for documentation updates.
Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization within the operations department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
03 years of experience in operations, back-office, or documentation, preferably in financial or banking services (freshers may also apply).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of financial instruments, depository systems, or banking operations is an added advantage.
