Roles and Responsibility

1. Check and validate invoices uploaded by MSMEs on the digital platform
2. Verify buyerseller details, invoice value, GST details, and due dates
3. Ensure documents are compliant with RBI and TReDS guidelines
4. Cross-check data with supporting documents (PO, GRN, delivery proof, etc.)
5. Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams or customers for resolution
6. Update invoice status and maintain accurate records in the system
7. Ensure turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards are met
8. Support audit and compliance requirements
9. Prepare basic MIS and daily reports
10. Work location will be Thane.
