Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising and training staff, ensuring safety compliance, managing rental contracts, and overseeing maintenance and repairs for the equipment fleet.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Experience in the rental equipment industry or construction industry is a plus
