We're looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive individual to support our daily operations. You'll work closely with the core team across operations, B2B communication, and project coordination. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career looking to learn fast, wear multiple hats, and grow at an early-stage startup. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point for B2B client projects post-onboarding
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple clients
- Share regular reports, insights, and updates with clients in a clear and professional manner
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries by coordinating with internal teams
- Translate business and client requirements into clear documentation for the tech team
- Design, test, and refine prompts for AI workflows to improve output quality and consistency
- Build dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor client usage, performance, and outcomes
- Communicate clearly and promptly with stakeholders
Qualifications
- BTech graduate preferred with basic knowledge of SQL queries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with tech teams and AI-based products
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and WhatsApp for Business
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Prior experience in startups, operations, or sales support is a bonus
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
