Job Description

We are looking for Resource and Capability Governance Manager - A Role for someone who takes pride in helping teams grow. You will work closely with Operations Managers across our Lines of Business to ensure that our teams are well-supported, and continuously developing - their full domain proficiency.

What you will own:

1) Capability Governance

  • Review and Assess training plans across line of business - evaluating timeline, sequencing and overall effectiveness
  • Partner with Operations Managers to identify where plans needs strengthening and recommend practical improvements
  • Monitor new joiner learning curves and provide early visibility where onboarding support may need to be enhanced
  • Oversee assessment and certification frameworks - ensuring they meaningfully measure readiness and domain understanding

2) Skill Alignment & Cross Training

  • Map current team capabilities against LOB requirements and proactively surface gaps before they affect delivery
  • Collaborate on cross-training roadmaps to build flexibility across teams and reduce dependency on single resources
  • Recommend targeted upskilling based on performance trends and domain requirements - Aligned to individual growth paths

3) Quality and Continous Improvement

  • Evaluate the quality of training delivered - assessing content relevance, facilitation effectiveness and learning outcomes
  • Identity patterns across LOBs to understand what is working well and where structured improvements would add value
  • Share data-backed observations with Operations and Delivery leadership to inform resource readiness decisions

4) Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build collaborative relationships with LOB Operations Managers to align capability plans with delivery timelines
  • Communicate clearly on progress, constraints, and recommendations - supporting informed decision-making at all levels
  • Connect training outcomes to broader resource strategy, contributing to a culture of continuous capability development

Who We are looking for:

Education : any UG or MBA Graduate

Experience: 6+ years in Operations, L&D, governance or resource management in a BPM or financial services environment

Domain : Exposure to Capital Markets Operations (Equities/FX/Corporate Actions or similar strongly preferred)

Skills: Training governance, capability assessment, stakeholder collaboration, data interpretation, structured communication
