Job Description

Job Objective

To lead and optimize the end-to-end academic delivery of Master's programs by combining strategic program leadership with operational excellence, ensuring high-quality learning experiences, strong learner outcomes, and alignment with institutional and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall academic delivery of Master's programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution
  • Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
  • Drive curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement in collaboration with academic stakeholders
  • Integrate innovative pedagogical approaches and technology-enabled learning methods
  • Manage and mentor the academic delivery team including facilitators, coordinators, and support staff
  • Ensure seamless coordination between academic, LMS, content, and student support teams
  • Establish and monitor academic KPIs such as learner engagement, retention, and completion rates
  • Build data-driven dashboards to track program performance and identify improvement areas
  • Ensure compliance with academic standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies
  • Design and implement quality assurance frameworks for academic delivery and assessments
  • Develop learner engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and overall experience
  • Create structured feedback mechanisms from learners, faculty, and stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and operational efficiency across programs
  • Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving academic and business needs
