Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day content moderation operations, ensuring efficient and effective review of online content
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead and motivate a team of content moderators, providing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance performance
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy, training, and technology, to drive business outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in content moderation, preferably in a leadership role

- Experience with content moderation platforms and tools, exposure to NCMEC, CSAM and other egregious content
- Proven track record of improving efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Technical knowledge with Good English communication - sentence construction, grammar, punctuation etc

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as GDPR or CCPA
- Certification in content moderation or a related field
