Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence & SLA Management: Ensure seamless day-to-dayoperationswith timely SLA delivery while maintaining high levels of employee engagement and client satisfaction.

• Governance & Compliance: Adhere to the agreed execution governance model,including escalation protocols and communication plans, to maintain transparency and accountability.

• Performance Management: Monitor and ensure team members consistently meet agreed work standards. Drive performance discipline, provide direction, and resolve operational challenges promptly.

• Process Evaluation & ContinuousImprovement: Regularly assess operational practices and procedures toidentify gaps andimplement efficiency and qualityimprovementinitiatives.

• Leadership & Expertise: Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertisein assigned functional areas. Act as a trusted advisor for operational excellence.

• Team Development & Engagement: Coach and mentor team members to enable effective leadership within their teams. Foster a positive work environment that promotes morale, creativity, and teamwork.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely withinternal teams, cross-functional departments, and multiple locations to ensure alignment and smooth execution of business objectives.

• People Management: Ensuring engagement, motivation, and career development through structured pathing and retention strategies.

• Revenue Enablement: Partner with leadership toidentify growth opportunities, optimize operational efficiency, and supportinitiatives that contribute to revenue generation and marginimprovement.

• Capacity Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with Workforce Management and HR to ensure timely hiring and resource allocation aligned with business forecasts, seasonal trends, and client requirements.

• Cost Optimization: Monitor operational costs andimplement strategies to reduce waste,improve productivity, and maintain profitability without compromising quality.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage operational metrics and analytics to forecast demand,identify risks, and proactivelyimplement corrective actions.)
