Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, manage resources, and ensure efficiency across business processes. Responsibilities include streamlining operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating with teams to implement strategies, and maintaining high standards of service and space management. The role will also involve employee engagement, optimizing budgets, and establishing vendor and client relationships to foster operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and masters in business administrations
• Prior experience in operations or workspace management is a plus
• Have training on AI and AI tools
