Operations Manager (On-site)

H&H is a dynamic digital marketing & design agency seeking a highly organized, analytical, and process-driven Operations Manager. You will be the central pillar of the agency, responsible for ensuring the seamless, efficient, and profitable execution of all client projects and internal processes. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring smooth workflow and clear communication between all functional teams (Creative, Development, Performance).

Manage client project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.

Implement, refine, and enforce internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), including client onboarding, project management software usage, and quality control checks.

Monitor and report on key operational performance indicators (KPIs), such as project profitability, resource utilization, and client retention/satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).

Serve as the primary escalation point for client service issues, managing communication to maintain high satisfaction levels and strong relationships.

Manage vendor and supplier relationships, contracts, and procurement needs for the office.

Oversee general office administration, logistics, and resource management in the Indore location.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an Operations, Project Management, or Account Management role, preferably within a digital marketing, design, or IT agency.

Technical Proficiency: Required expertise in Project Management Software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira) and advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use operational data (budgets, timelines, resource allocation) to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, client communication, and conflict resolution abilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

Role Type: Full-time, On-site (Non-remote position).

Location: Indore

Work Hours: 11 AM to 7 PM.

Work Days: 6-day work week
