Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.
- Lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams to achieve business objectives and enhance guest experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints proactively, ensuring positive resolutions and guest retention.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: Proven experience in hospitality operations management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, financial acumen, problem-solving ability, vendor management skills.
- Preferred: Experience with hotel management software, multilingual proficiency, previous experience in luxury hospitality sector.
