Job Description

Oversee daily operations of all fulfillment centers across India, including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, and other locations.
Ensure smooth execution of inbound, quality control (QC), put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processes.
Ensure all orders (B2B, B2C, D2C, marketplaces) are completed within defined CPT/SLAs without breaches.
Manage stock transfers between warehouses and bulk movement to/from marketplace warehouses.
Ensure physical inventory matches system inventory at all times.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize costs.
Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor KPIs such as order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and operational SLA adherence.
