Operations Manager (Furniture Industry)

Arcedior is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient execution of projects within the furniture industry. Responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating with suppliers, optimizing inventory, ensuring quality control, and leading operational processes to meet timelines and budgetary goals. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to align operations with company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

• Experience in operations management, supply chain management, and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of inventory management, quality control, and vendor relationships
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in industry-specific tools and software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the furniture or interior design industry is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
