This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Gurugram. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, ensure timely and quality deliveries, and manage warehouse and transportation workflows. Responsibilities include leading a team to achieve performance KPIs, coordinating with clients to ensure satisfaction, addressing logistical challenges, optimizing supply chain processes, and monitoring technology-enabled solutions for efficiency. The role demands strategic planning and problem-solving to uphold the company's standards of operational excellence.

• Knowledge of compliance requirements and cold chain logistics industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
