Operations Manager (Outbound Sales Process)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our outbound sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, specifically within BPO or customer support environments. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving performance to achieve sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of outbound sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current outbound sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to assess team performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure high levels of competency and motivation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure that customer satisfaction remains a top priority by maintaining high service standards and addressing any escalated issues promptly.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management, ensuring that operational costs are kept within limits while maximizing output.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations management, ideally in a BPO or customer support setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
