Operations Manager (Outbound Sales Process)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our outbound sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, specifically within BPO or customer support environments. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving performance to achieve sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of outbound sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team performance targets.
Process Optimization: Analyze current outbound sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to assess team performance and operational effectiveness.
Training and Development: Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure high levels of competency and motivation.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Customer Focus: Ensure that customer satisfaction remains a top priority by maintaining high service standards and addressing any escalated issues promptly.
Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management, ensuring that operational costs are kept within limits while maximizing output.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in operations management, ideally in a BPO or customer support setting.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
