Job Description: Operations Manager

Role Overview
Lead luxury banqueting & catering operations for Foodlink venues in Bangalore, ensuring flawless event execution, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end banquets: planning, setup, service, breakdowns for weddings/corporate MICE events.
- Collaborate with F&B/sales teams on customized menus, staffing, and logistics for premium experiences.
- Enforce SOPs for quality, hygiene (FSSAI), and safety; manage complaints for 100% resolution.
- Drive profitability: budgeting, vendor coordination, inventory control, and post-event analysis.
- Lead/recruit/train teams; coordinate activations for high-profile clients (e.g., celebrities).
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality; 5-8 years luxury banqueting/catering ops (hotels like Leela/ITC preferred).
- Proven track record in Bangalore market; strong leadership/communication.
