Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Process Management
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows across academic delivery, sales support, and student engagement.
- Define, document, and optimize SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and internal policies.
2. Program & Academic Operations
- Coordinate with training/faculty teams for batch planning, scheduling, and smooth program execution.
- Ensure availability of trainers, learning resources, and platforms.
- Monitor attendance, completion rates, and learner satisfaction.
3. Student Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, communication, and issue resolution for learners.
- Ensure high levels of student experience and retention.
- Act as an escalation point for student-related operational issues.
4. Team Management & Coordination
- Lead and manage operations executives, coordinators, and support staff.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Train teams on process adherence and operational best practices.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and operational reports for leadership.
- Track key metrics such as batch utilization, enrolment flow, trainer allocation, and SLA compliance.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Academics, Finance, and Tech teams.
- Support new program launches and scale-up initiatives.
- Implement operational improvements aligned with business growth.
