Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Hospital Administration preferred – MHA / MBA Healthcare)
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in hospital operations – Mandatory
- Eye hospital / Ophthalmology setup experience – Required
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of an eye hospital, ensuring smooth operations, patient satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall hospital operations including OPD, OT, and support services
- Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality patient care
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, nursing, and administrative staff
- Implement and monitor SOPs, NABH standards, and compliance
- Handle staff scheduling, performance management, and team coordination
- Monitor operational efficiency and control costs
- Manage patient grievances and ensure service excellence
- Oversee inventory, equipment, and vendor coordination
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of hospital operations and quality standards
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
