Job Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of quality aspects, vault/ warehouse operations, and logistics for bullion and base metals.
- Managing end to end process related to brand empanelment.
- Tracking timelines of empaneled refiners/ producers.
- Tracking and managing the applications of refiners, audits timelines, managing agreements and bank guarantees.
- Drafting, presenting, and managing agendas for all internal/ external Committees engaged in the Brand approval process.
- Co-coordinating with various departments for improvisation of existing methods of conducting the approval process.
- Establish relationships with product teams, industry participants, and Trade Associations to keep track of changes in the trade practices.
- Tracking international best practices on good delivery norms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
