Ecommerce Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience working with e-commerce brands who understands the complete funnel—from website experience to checkout and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Own and manage the end-to-end e-commerce funnel
• Work closely with Shopify for day-to-day store operations
• Coordinate with logistics partners like Blue Dart for smooth fulfillment
• Manage checkout and conversion tools such as GoKwik
• Track, analyze, and improve conversion rates across the funnel
• Ensure seamless order processing and customer experience

Requirements:


• Experience working with e-commerce/D2C brands
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem
• Familiarity with logistics and checkout partners (Blue Dart, GoKwik, etc.)
• Ability to understand and optimize conversion funnels
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills
