Position: Operations Manager

Qualification:

Graduation in CSE / IT from a leading institute

2-5 years of experience managing training programs is desirable.

Responsibilities:

Managing the schedule and execution of all training programs offered by EssProM Academy

Coordinating with the trainers and trainees

Ensuring the upkeep of the training center, equipment and online platforms

Monitoring training delivery and resolving/reporting issues as necessary

Organization of training materials, including slides, handouts and certificates

Development and maintenance of website and promotional material with help from the IT team

Work as a first responder to queries from potential customers

Meet up with organizational customers to discuss EssProMs products.

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and preparing reports on operational performance

Mode of work: Offline

Other requirements:

Might involve working on weekends and outside office hours as required by training schedules

Must be ready to travel extensively within the city and its neighborhood

Must be fluent in English and Telugu
