About the role :
We're building the physical and digital infrastructure for the circular economy - from smart reverse vending machines to end-to-end material recovery networks.
We're looking for a Product & Operations Manager who thrives in the overlap of technology, logistics, and execution. You'll help design and run products that move millions of recyclable items across India, bringing efficiency and intelligence to on-ground operations. This is a hands-on, high-context role for someone who can translate product strategy into operational reality and vice versa.
You'll own the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy, building software products that orchestrate physical operations, optimize multi-state supply chains, and bring data-driven decision-making into every level of execution.
What You'll Do
- Bridge product and field reality: Translate operational bottlenecks from recycling centers, fleets, and sorting hubs into scalable software or process improvements.
- Run data-driven ops: Use analytics, dashboards, and automation to improve throughput, downtime, and recovery efficiency across the logistics chain.
- Collaborate across domains: Partner with engineering, firmware, hardware, and business teams to drive cross-functional programs end-to-end.
- Influence without authority: Align teams through clarity, storytelling, and conviction. Be the connective tissue that ensures strategy turns into execution.
- Build scalable systems: Contribute to the design of platforms and tools that make recycling logistics predictable, measurable, and profitable.
- Think systemically: Balance deep-dive problem solving with an ability to zoom out and see how tech, process, and people interact.
Who You Are
- 36 years of experience in product management, operations, or program management roles, ideally in logistics, manufacturing, or clean-tech environments.
- Comfortable with tech concepts: APIs, dashboards, automation tools, data pipelines, and IoT integrations.
- Obsessed with process design and execution, you care about how things move, not just what's being built.
- Excellent communicator, able to rally teams, present clearly, and influence peers and leadership.
- Data-driven, with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
- Prior exposure to recycling, waste management, or industrial IoT is a plus.

- Base: Hyderabad
- Travel: Occasional travel to deployment sites across India
