Job Title: Operations Manager- Project Installation and Implementation

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of project installation and implementation activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, vendor management, and the ability to manage on-ground operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and manage skilled workers (carpenters, electricians, welders, CCTV/networking technicians, etc.)
- Supervise daily activities and ensure productivity and discipline on-site
- Negotiate wages, charges, and work conditions with workers and vendors
- Handle daily wage disbursement where applicable
- Manage end-to-end project installation and implementation at client sites
- Ensure timelines are met without compromising quality
- Arrange and manage transportation for workers (if required)
- Oversee movement of materials to and from project sites
- Procure on-demand materials/items as per project requirements
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability of resources
- Conduct quality checks of completed work
- Ensure adherence to project standards and client expectations
- Manage storage of materials both on-site and off-site
- Track inventory usage and prevent losses or delays
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, site management, or project execution roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple sites and tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel extensively across NCR for client locations
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of carpentry, electrical work, welding, or networking (CCTV) installations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional Information
- This role involves frequent travel/commute to client locations across NCR
- Candidates should be comfortable with on-ground operational responsibilities
