About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of Ecotyl's day-to-day operations - from order processing and production to inventory, procurement, packaging, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors, artisans, production, and packaging partners.
• Coordinate procurement, production planning, and logistics.
• Track B2B/retail orders, dispatches, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain operational records, trackers, and documentation.
• Handle the operational part of the E-commerce vertical.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, inventory, and fulfillment to make sure floor efficiency is maintained.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years experience in operations, supply chain, FMCG, D2C, retail, or order management.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Close attention to detail and ownership.
• Hands-on, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
