- Role: Regional Operations Manager | Amazon, Flipkart & Multi-Client Operations (Last Mile & Quick Commerce)

About Role
We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager with strong hands-on experience in Amazon EDSP, Flipkart ODH, and Quick Commerce (Dark Store) operations.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of operations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, managing multi-client business verticals including last-mile delivery, dark store management, manpower planning, fleet optimization, and client relationship management.
The candidate will be responsible for P&L ownership, multi-state expansion, compliance, and operational excellence.
Top Priority Requirement
- Must be flexible to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
- Mandatory to spend 15 days per month in each state (half month in AP & half month in Telangana)
- Strong ground-level operational presence is compulsory
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage regional operations across AP & Telangana
- Handle Amazon EDSP, Flipkart ODH, and other e-commerce clients
- Manage Quick Commerce Dark Store operations
- Drive P&L ownership and cost control across all stations
- Oversee multiple cluster managers & station managers
- Own core client metrics (Amazon scorecard, Flipkart KPIs, SLA adherence)
- Ensure loss prevention, COD compliance, audits, and SOP adherence
- Drive manpower planning, fleet optimization, and route efficiency
- Lead regional expansion (new hubs, dark stores, new client onboarding)
- Act as single point of contact for client regional leadership
- Ensure productivity improvement and performance discipline across states
Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in Amazon EDSP / Flipkart ODH operations
- Experience handling multi-state logistics operations
- Strong understanding of last-mile and quick commerce models
- Proven experience in managing large manpower (200+ team size preferred)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Experience managing P&L and cost optimization
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
