Operations Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Supervise site operations per route charts and audit schedules
• Conduct on-site security training, fire safety checks, and emergency drills
• Perform audits of alarm systems, equipment, and personnel readiness
• Document daily site visits, logbooks, and submit evaluation reports

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement effective site-level supervision and operational control
• Train guards in handling devices, access control, and threat scenarios
• Assess security gaps at high-value locations and update protocols
• Coordinate closely with branch manager for issue resolution and planning
