This full-time hybrid role as an Operations Manager is based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage construction project timelines, coordinate with architects, designers, and vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role includes optimizing budgeting and resource allocation, monitoring project progress, and resolving operational issues to ensure successful project completion.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in construction management is a strong advantage
