Operations Manager

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Manager - Operations. The goal of the Manager - Operations is to facilitate the use of executing projects right from scratch to its completion, supervising project implementation and execution through the completion of project.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

The main purpose is to plan and direct operations and improve productivity and efficiency.

Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the designing Team.

Determine the client's requirements for the project

Formulate and implement designing policies and procedures to maximize output.

Skills and Qualifications:

Language: Proficient in multiple languages i.e., English, Hindi.

NP: Can Join Immediately

8+ years of work experience in Operations as a senior manager.

Should be good in advance excel (V look Up, Pivot Table) and Power BI

Should possess sound computer knowledge and should be proficient in Microsoft applications

Strong interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.

Should have good people management skills.

Team Management - should have experience in handling minimum 12 team members

Strong in the field management
