Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Gwalior. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of the business. Responsibilities include managing inventory, optimizing supply chain processes, supervising staff, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Coordinating with suppliers, resolving operational challenges, and implementing strategies for process improvements are key aspects of this role. The candidate will also play a critical role in driving the team to achieve organizational goals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
