Operations Manager - D2C

Looking for an Operations professional for a Retail brand in Mumbai!

Responsibilities

- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiating procurement partnerships.

- Inventory Planning for online/offline orders based on historical data analysis and current projections.

- Procurement Planning of raw materials, packaging, etc.

- Regular vendor interactions for timely stock arrivals based on PO plans.

- Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports and stakeholder management.

- Production and Inventory Planning for offline/corporate orders and follow-up till the last mile.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a tier 1 or 2 college with good academics
• Experience with D2C brands or FMCG brands is an advantage of at least 3+ years
• Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Effective communication skills
• Exposure in team management is a plus
