Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented On-Field Operations Manager to lead and execute our ground-level operations in Bengaluru. You will be the face of Barberaa to our salon partnersmanaging relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and driving adoption of the Barberaa platform at store level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salon Partner Management:

Visit and onboard new salon partners on Barberaa platform to use Barberaa's Software which includes Online booking as a feature

Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and owners.

Ensure partner salons are educated on using the software, offers, and processes.

2. Appointment & Offer Execution:

Ensure smooth handling of online appointments taken via Barberaa.

Regularly follow up with salons to confirm offer compliance and customer satisfaction.

3. On-ground Feedback & Support:

Collect feedback from partners and end-customers on product, pricing, and UX.

Report bugs or operational gaps back to tech/ops team.

4. Data & Reporting:

Maintain logs of store visits, demo status, onboarding progress, and offer redemptions.

Share weekly reports on partner performance and engagement.
