Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join our on-site team in Mumbai. This full-time role will oversee daily operational activities, ensure efficient workflows, and implement strategies to optimize business performance. Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, improving processes, managing budgets, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the organization.

Qualifications

• Operational Management skills: Proven experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and team coordination.
• Leadership and Communication skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively, with strong interpersonal and decision-making capabilities.
• Analytical and Strategic skills: Expertise in budget management, performance evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are an added advantage.
