Job Description:
- Implement scale-up program implementation
- Liasoning with the M&E team - Data collection for need assessment, baseline, endline and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and timely reporting
- Contribute to team members in their fundraising efforts and provide relevant support during key fundraising pitch
- Work with the communications team to create compelling narratives and impact stories that resonate with donors and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events as and when required
- Support the management in strategic planning and organizational development
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of working in the development/non-profit sector with at least 2 years of work experience in operations
- Good understanding of working on tech tools such as excel, word, CRM, and data collection application
- Exposure to solar energy domain would be preferred
