aqi0 (pronounced AQI Zero) is a Gurugram-based company that makes whole-home air purifiers for Indian homes. Instead of a purifier in one room, a single aqi0 system brings fresh, HEPA-filtered air into every room of a home.

The product is designed, assembled and tested in Gurugram. aqi0 sells directly to customers, with no dealers in between, so it can offer high-quality technology at a fair price. The team handles the full customer journey: the first enquiry, a home visit to plan the setup, installation, and ongoing maintenance. aqi0 also offers an indoor air quality monitor and an app so customers can track the air inside their homes.

Role

• The candidate will plan and schedule home visits, installations and maintenance visits.
• They will manage and coordinate the installation and service team day to day.
• They will manage inventory of units, filters and installation materials, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• They will work with the sales team to make sure every confirmed order is installed on time.
• They will handle customer escalations and make sure issues are resolved quickly.
• They will track quality and timelines, and keep operational records and reports up to date.
• They will find ways to improve processes as the business grows.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations, service delivery or field team management.
• Good computer skills, including Excel or Google Sheets and email.

Skills

• Should be well organised and able to plan and prioritise many tasks at once.
• Should be a strong team leader who can manage and motivate field staff.
• Should communicate clearly with customers, vendors and the team.
• Should solve problems calmly and take ownership of outcomes.
• Should pay close attention to detail and quality.

Good to have

• Experience in installation or after-sales service for consumer durables, HVAC, solar or water purifiers.
• Experience with vendor management and procurement.
