Operations Manager

Company Description Mocemsa is a luxury perfume brand based in Delhi, India, specializing in high-quality fragrances. The brand prides on made in India by an Indian perfumer, with an emphasis on hand-crafted elements to provide a unique customer experience.

What you will own

• Order-to-delivery across every channel: distributors, marketplaces, quick commerce and export orders
• Production planning with bottle, packaging and filling vendors, including timelines, costs and quality checks
• Inventory accuracy across our warehouse and channel partners, including sale-or-return stock, returns and batch tracking
• Marketplace payout, invoice and returns reconciliation, working with accounts
• Dispatch, freight and export documentation
• Labelling and regulatory compliance for fragrance and cosmetics
• SOPs and a weekly operations dashboard for the CEO

What we are looking for

• 4–7 years in operations or supply chain at an FMCG, beauty, personal care or D2C brand
• Hands-on experience with marketplace and quick-commerce operations
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets, and comfort with accounting software such as Busy or Tally
• A record of managing vendors and holding them to deadlines
• Someone who fixes the root cause instead of escalating the symptom
