Job Description

About The Role

The Operations Manager will lead daily operations and centre experience across all are two centres in Delhi and Gurgaon, manage the centre care teams, ensure financial and reporting discipline, streamline processes, and maintain high standards of centre upkeep and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily centre operations including staffing, scheduling, safety compliance, and session booking accuracy
  • Manage the overall centre experience including look and feel, cleanliness, ambience, and maintenance
  • Oversee regular upkeep of centres including repairs, deep cleaning, pest control, asset replacement, and safety equipment checks
  • Conduct weekly walkthroughs of each centre to audit appearance, functionality, and adherence to brand standards
  • Manage, coach, and support Centre Care Managers and Executives to ensure consistent execution of daily routines and team coordination
  • Own the end-to-end client experience including attending to queries, resolving concerns quickly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Manage centre-level finances including budgets, expense tracking, petty cash approval, and P L reviews
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort, eliminate redundancies, and improve efficiency across centres
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and client issues, resolving them without unnecessary escalation to the Business Head
  • Partner with the Business Head on strategic planning while owning day-to-day execution

Qualifications And Experience

  • 7-9 years of operations management experience, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site service industries
  • Proven experience managing managers or team leads
  • Demonstrated success in streamlining processes and maintaining physical centre/facility standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred
