Responsibilities:
- Product Roadmap Management: Track development milestones for our internal AI tool and manage documentation.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for technical vendors, scheduling meetings and holding them accountable to deadlines.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in agency workflows and suggest/implement new initiatives to streamline operations.
- Strategic Support: Assist the founder in translating high-level business ideas into actionable technical requirements.

- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical/AI concepts and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
