Operations & Logistics Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Executive to manage the daily order flow, export documentation, and shipment tracking for our international fine jewelry business. This role focuses on execution ensuring every order is processed smoothly, shipped on time, and customers receive timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Manage customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Export Documentation: Handle export papers, customs filings (including Malaysia exports).
• Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with factories and logistics partners to prepare shipments.
• Shipment Tracking: Track orders in real-time from factory to Singapore/Malaysia and update the internal team.
• Customer Updates: Share accurate order status and shipment details with customers.
• Process Support: Assist in maintaining and improving existing order management systems.

Requirements

13 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain execution. Familiarity with export/shipping documentation is a strong plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable with tools like Excel, CRMs, or order management platforms. Good communication skills for customer and vendor coordination. Fluency in Hindi and working proficiency in English are required.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in e-commerce, jewelry, or fashion logistics. Understanding of international shipping (Singapore/Malaysia). Startup experience where multitasking is key.
