We're looking for an Operations Lead to own and scale the operational backbone of our card infrastructure. This role will ensure that card lifecycle events, reconciliations, settlements, and dispute workflows run reliably across banks, networks, and internal systems.
You will work closely with partner banks, card networks, product, and engineering teams to build operational systems that are accurate, scalable, and resilient.
The Hats You Will Wear
- Run Card Operations
- 1.Own end-to-end credit card operations including issuance, activation, blocking, replacement, and lifecycle events.
- 2.Ensure operational readiness for new card program launches and partner integrations.
- Own Reconciliation & Settlements
- Lead transaction reconciliation across networks, issuing banks, processors, and internal ledgers.
- Identify discrepancies and drive resolution through structured reconciliation frameworks and automation.
- Oversee settlement cycles and financial reporting accuracy.
- Manage Disputes & Chargebacks
- Run dispute and chargeback operations in line with card network guidelines.
- Work with banks, networks, and internal teams to resolve disputes within SLA.
- Build processes to reduce turnaround time and operational losses.
- Coordinate with Banks & Networks
- Act as the operations interface for partner banks and card networks.
- Handle operational escalations, settlement coordination, and network workflows.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across bank ops teams, processors, and internal teams.
- Build Scalable Ops
- Design and improve SOPs, operational workflows, and monitoring dashboards.
- Work with product and engineering to automate manual processes and reduce operational risk.
- Build processes that can scale as transaction volumes grow.
The Perfect Fit
- 6 - 10 years of experience in credit card operations, payments operations, or card program management.
- Experience working with banks, fintech companies, card processors, or BaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of credit card transaction lifecycle and operational workflows.
- Hands-on experience with transaction reconciliation, settlements, and dispute management.
- Familiarity with card networks (Visa / Mastercard / RuPay) and issuing bank operations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and partner teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational gaps and fix them quickly.

Himanshu Agrawal - Himanshu is the Co-Founder and the Head of Technology. He is from IIT Kanpur and has more than 14 yrs of experience working with organisations like Amazon and DE Shaw.
Puneet Sharma - Puneet is the Co-Founder and the Head of Product. He is from IIT Roorkee and has more than 10 years of experience working with organisations like BharatPe, Avail Finance
