About The Client:
Client is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead day-to-day operations support aligned with ITIL best practices (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management).
- Manage and mentor a team of Ops Analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of services.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Participate in and lead knowledge transition (KT) sessions, with a focus on Aprimo/DAM tools.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and generate regular reports for leadership.
- Escalate and resolve critical issues impacting business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, and Product teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and hands-on experience in ITIL processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global delivery model and managing cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to Aprimo or similar Digital Asset Management tools (training will be provided during KT).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is preferred.
- Mandate: ITIL-based operations support, Aprimo or similar Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools
