Job Description

  • Manage and optimise daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehousing & last-mile logistics
  • Manage sourcing & vendor development along with demand forecasting
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Lead and mentor the engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve organisational goal.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Lead should have:

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in D2C/Retail/FMCG for warehousing & last-mile operations
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and operational best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Proficiency in analysing operational data and implementing improvements
  • Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards
