Operations Lead

We're on the lookout for an Operations Lead who can be the backbone of our growing healthcare mission. At Helo Health, we deliver instant diagnostics through our multi-parametric devices, run Smart PHCs, and execute impactful programs like health camps, targeted disease management, and large-scale testing initiatives. As Operations Lead, you'll work directly with management to orchestrate teams, streamline processes, and drive execution at scale—ensuring our solutions reach millions with speed, precision, and impact.

We are seeking a livewire Operations Lead to strengthen our operations vertical and work closely with management to ensure seamless execution and scale-up of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, streamline, and oversee day-to-day operations across devices, Smart PHCs, testing programs, and health camps.
• Work with senior management to design, implement, and optimize operational strategies.
• Manage teams of field staff, and partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Build systems and SOPs for process efficiency, compliance, and quality control.
• Ensure timely execution of projects in alignment with client, CSR partner, and stakeholder requirements.
• Generate MIS reports, and present data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement practical solutions swiftly.
• Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and resource allocation to meet project targets.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities

• Proven experience (5 years) in healthcare operations, diagnostics, MedTech, or related fields.
• Strong team leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver results on tight timelines.
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems, CSR projects, and healthcare programs is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel, MIS tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with management, external partners, and field teams.
