Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Monitor and maintain cold room temperature as per required standards with proper logging.
- Conduct daily inspection of refrigeration systems, electrical panels, door seals, and insulation.
- Ensure proper material stacking, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and segregation.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance; raise R&M tickets as required.
- Monitor defrost cycles, drainage, and condensation issues.
- Ensure proper functioning of cold room doors to minimize temperature loss.
- Maintain temperature records, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure housekeeping, hygiene (5S), and safety compliance including PPE and electrical safety.
