Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Conduct on-ground research to understand clinic workflows and challenges.
- Support integration of new products/systems for smooth adoption.
- Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at increasing efficiency across processes and support in planning, execution, and monitoring of pilot initiatives.
- Assist the operations team in day-to-day tasks, data management, and reporting.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh perspectives to improve processes.
- Maintain proper documentation of learnings, workflows, and project progress.
