Job Description
Support the end-to-end coordination of playtests with global game studios.
Manage participant recruitment, scheduling, and tracking for playtests.
Ensure smooth operational flow during live playtest sessions in US time zones.
Work closely with the Research and Product Ops teams to maintain dashboards, update records, and prepare reports.
Handle data entry, quality checks, and documentation of test results and participant insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure playtest feedback is accurately captured and delivered to internal stakeholders.
